I honesty thought the same thing,then hoping that someone will actually give hobbyist a decent price for once.

I really want the Eheim,few more gph and $10 cheaper.

Shipping is the big issue. It’s 10-15$ shipping on a 20-25$ pump. Amazon gets much better pricing
