I have an APEX EL (<1 yr old). I would like to upgrade the head unit to the full one (2016+ model).

The difference is the full has orp, salinity and 0-10V.

My APEX EL head + $150 for your APEX head
or
My APEX EL head + $250 for your APEX head, salinity and orp probe
