Sorry bout the little guy. I love my scooters, but they seem to go 4-5 years and that is all I get from them. Always well fed and taken care of.

So I will go it died from old age, and lived a good life.

Tailspots are awesome, mine found a cave behind my Yuma mushroom and pushes it out of the way to get in then sticks his head out from behind it and stares at everything going on in the tank
