I had one acro's nub broken also. I wonder if they changed their packing techniques or if this is just what happens now and then. There was no air in the bags, so the bags were kind of floppy instead of being puffed up like balloons which I would think cushions the frags from breaking. Try contacting them?

No change in packing techniques. SPS frags can sometimes break in shipping as they have thin branches/skeletons. We will take care of anyone with issues though.
We do not put air in the bags as it is not necessary for corals and if the coral is out of the water during shipping in the bag it can damage the coral which is why we have never shipped or bagged corals with air.

Just got my shipping notice. Can't wait until tomorrow. Frag rack ready, its going to take me a few days to figure out where everything needs to go. I may have overbought for my little tank LOL
Got mine yesterday. King Fiji Acro bag had sprung a leak with very little water left 
Still went ahead with the acclimation and hoping it will recover.

Generally if it has it's flesh and the bag water is clear it should be ok.

Just wondering what the free frag is? I am dieing to find out. Has any of you gotten anything else besides GSP or is that the free frag?

My shipment came today, just finished acclimating and dipping and everything is in the tank now. Here is my free frag, but I'm not really sure what it is. It is green with orange polyps, growth pattern gives me the impression it's a favia but I'm no expert. Crappy iPhone picture to follow:
