This is my first time ordering from WWC and I have a package coming my way tomorrow. I work near where I live and planned on taking a quick trip home to float my corals as soon as they are delivered. My question is: will FedEx leave the package at my door or does someone HAVE to sign for it?

We do not require a signature any longer. There were too many times where the recipient never heard FedEx knock... The package would then go back to the station and you could imagine what happened next. NIGHTMARE!

@WWC you guys are the best!! Love all the corals!! Thank you! I take it all the winners were drawn? Darn lol oh well there's always next time. So how slow do you recommend moving the corals from the middle to the final destination? I get impatient lol

IMG_20190525_142247.jpg

The winners were drawn last week. Sorry you didn't win. Hopefully you will join us next time and take another shot then :)

I recommend at least a week, but if they look super happy then you could certainly do it sooner, just watch for bleaching. If they do you will want to move them into lower light asap.

I received my corals today right on time. My 4 pack included a Hollywood Stunner Chalice, Mohawk zoa, Honeycomb Leptastrea and a Jack o Lantern Lepto. I purchased an Ultra Orange Richordia and a Spitfire Favia. My freebie was a Golden eye Chalice. I am following the WWC acclimation quick guide and they are now in the bottom of the tank. blues were on for 2hrs and now i have them on low whites. The zoa's have already opened and everyone looks pretty happy. i probably wont place them permanently until this weekend. i am super happy with the mix i got its just what i needed for my new tank a little bit of everything and nothing too difficult. Varying colors as well which is really cool.
Thank you WWC. this was my first order and everything went very very well. i was refunded shipping when i goofed that up and they honored the request i had for the 4 pack (i am a newbie and didn't want sps or difficult corals). Shipping was spot on and there was some leakage in the bag but not enough to harm anything.
I will definitely be participating in the next sale and look forward to growing my current corals out in the meantime.

Thanks so much for the feedback, I'll make note of the leaking bags and see what can be done. But on a positive note, I'm glad we followed your directions :)

thanks for the free frags purple monster and aoi i think, decent for free frags. [emoji6]

These weren't technically free... You won one of the Raffles! Lady luck won you there. But an 8 polyp frag of AOI is valued at around $250... So I hope these are more than decent.

You scored an 8 polyp AOI as your free frag??? I am jealous.

Raffle winner, not free :)

Received my frags today, all in good health. The fragile birds nest was even received in one piece! My four pack included: Hollywood Stunner, kiwi infusion zoanthid, neon spongedes montipora, honeymoon leptastrea

So glad they arrived in good condition and I hope everything stays that way :)

Well my green slimer and bonzai aren't doing too well. Nitrates are undetectable with my current test kit, phosphates are .01, Alk averages around 10dKh. Running AB+ on my Radion and the output at peak brightness is only 40%. What would you recommend @WWC?

How old is your reef? It looks like it might be a a couple months from being able to handle Acropora. Either way send us an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to help you out.

This tank about 3 months but most of the sand and rock came from another tank I had for 6 months before that. Will do.

Getting into sps with this fantastic live sale. Here are some pics of my purchase. Can you help me identify if they look healthy?? Still learning to identify signs of problems.

Dont mind the little algae. Dealing with it now.

Yes keep the algae in check but doesn't look to bad. A good clean up crew could take care of that in a couple days. As far as the frags they all look good. Glad you are enjoying your corals. Next live Sale is coming up July 27 & 28! Hope you'll join us again ;)
