Has anyone had issues with hermit crabs eating your snails?? I had so many get wiped out

Once hermit crabs outgrow their shell they need to find a bigger one. So they eat the snail in order to steal their shell after. Best thing you can do is keep shells in your tank so that they don't go after your snails.

I just had a hermit take out my cleaner shrimp while he was molting last night

There is so much hair algae in my tank I figured they were eating that... What should I be feeding them? I have strong wavemakers so food doesn't usually stick to the bottom of my tank... I also bought a bunch of shells and put em on the bottom

Sometime hermit crabs turn into serial killers try putting those in your sump.
