How do I request a refund of the shipping package purchased since I did not get to purchase anything durring the sale?
They will automatically take care of it. Will just be a few days as they are quite busy handling the orders from the sale. If a week goes by and nothing, I would then reach out to them.

I lucked out quite a bit on ebay, ended up with 11 from there and 1 from the lightning sale. They all just arrived and are acclimating now. I'm super impressed with WWC can't believe I hadn't ordered from them before.

Just got my corals from the lightning sale in and.....there might be a disaster in the works. One of the bags apparently ruptured and leaked water inside the package, which also got the heater pad wet. I am inspecting the corals to malr surr they are okay, and the tequila sunrise monti seems kinda brown instead of green with some red. the candy cane is the one where the water leaked out, and it looks like the polyp is receded and not puffy, but that could be just being stressed due to no light and the loss of some water and/or lack of heat sonce the pad is definitely not giving off any. The aquaman seems okay. As does the burning iguana. But...the copper interstellar does not look right. The pic of the frag I purchased shows the "big" mushroom plus a little one off to its side. All I see is a little bitty thing that came unglued, a pyramid snail, and a fan worm(i think). And the little frag is all curled up, so not sure if it is in a good condition or if it is stressed to the point of no return. I am going to open up the bags and do a dip real quick, maybe once they are out the miscolored ones will turn out okay and hopefullythe candy canes will puff back up. But that interstellar one will be interesting to work with, to say the least. So here is hoping that none of these are going to end up dying on me due to the shipping going wrong.

Got them outta the bags. Here aresome clearer pictures, except the interstellar as that is a pain to grab.
aquaman

Burning iguana
20190830_095424.jpg

Tequila sunrise, looking brownish orange
20190830_095435.jpg

Kryptonite candy cane showing skeleton
20190830_095446.jpg

Loose copper interstellar
20190830_095408.jpg

Last time I had a mushroom unglue itself in shipping, it unsurprisingly died a few days later as it never settled down anywhere in the tank and eventually got stuck in a lightless area, shriveled up, and then got sucked into the overflow. So not holding much hope in the interstellars survival chances.

Dipped them and got them in the tank. Candy cane still showing some skelton. Monti looks slightly better under the tank LEDs, but still a little brownish/orange. Somehow, I managed to glue the mini interstellar to a piece of rock I had lying around that I had not placed in the tank previously, hopefully he stays put on it, but seriously, he is only about the size of my indigo mushroom's mouth.
