Xr15 not turning on after working great for months

So I got my G5s ordered before they were even announced and love them so far. I haven’t had many issues and möbius hasn’t been much of a problem as long as your close by. So while I build the 550 gallon system I have about $70k of high end coral stuffed in the biocube 29 with a single xr15 G5 pro and a reef brite add on. Today I get up and look at the tank at 10:30 which the light should be on then and it’s still dark so I look and check all connections and all look good and power bricks look fine but no matter what I do I can’t get this light to turn on? I have Thai red sign as well.

That error code means that the light is not connecting to Mobius. You should power cycle the light (unplug it for about 20 seconds and then plug it back in). The light should work after that. The error code by no means that the light does not work. Let me know if that does not work and I can shoot you some other steps that should take care of the problem.
