Unfortunately they stopped putting the manufacturer dates on the gen 4 lights-so I dont know the date they were manufactured

How much? I dont know too much about radions, the pro has more led's than the reg and a little more blue hue? Gen 3 can be controlled by an apex with wxm, correct?
