My YBP wrasse has internal parasites.
How do I go about treating him?

Metro+Focus+food for 14 days. Typically reef safe just feed enough that eaten and not blowing all over the tank. You can also run carbon to catch any metro that might make it into the water column.

You can also add a drop of Garlic guard, etc to mask the taste of meds. The metro and focus are mixed 1:1 into the food

Never tried that I just add a drop of Garlic guard. Maybe if you press the garlic and use a drop of that

General cure addresses both intestinal worms and flagellates, where metroplex only treats the latter. Both present as white-stringy poop.

If you already have the metroplex on hand, it won’t hurt to give that a try first and see if it resolves... but just something to keep in mind.
