Yellow coris wrasse sick-pigment loss?

So when i upgraded tank in january my yellow coris wrasse was MiA for like 3 weeks

when he showed back up seemed to have some white patches like pigment loss

Not today looking seems more thruought his body, mouth even seems white

any ideas

seems to be swimming sluggishly around the tank

Do not believe it is ich

Does he eat?
yes he's eating fine and actually has a bit of a pot belly from eating so much I've done 3 rounds of fluke solve with the first treatment 9 days apart and the other two treatments 7/8 days apart no other fish have any symptoms of fluke or anything all are well and eating as they should
