Yellow tang breathing heavy and not eating

He was fine a few days ago and now all of sudden he’s breathing heavy and stopped eating and has a weird line across his body. Not sure what he has they are currently in quarantine been there for about 30 days now no signs of ich. Let me know thanks

0 no signs of it. All my other fish in the tank are fine.
