I have read up on Yellow Tangs and what tank size is best for them. I have seen between 55-75 gallons, being that I have a 65 gallon, I would like to know what is the real preffered size, because I do want a yellow tang but will not get one if I am at risk of not providing it a sufficient tank. So what do you all think would be an ideal size for them ?

While a smaller specimen would be ok in a 65 gallon tank for a while, it will eventually outgrow the tank IMO. Yellow Tangs don't get as large as some of the other species of tangs, but they can still reach 8-9" and once it gets that size, I wouldn't recommend anything smaller than a 6' tank.
