LFS will have live brine back in stock on Thursday. I haven't noticed anything abnormal with the fishes mouth. I did read general cure really depletes the oxygen in the tank. So I added a air stone tonight hoping that helps. Going to try some different frozen food tonight soaked in garlic

Post on a local group for some macroalgae or a piece of algae covered rock? They love ulva. Or some live blackworms or brine shrimp like previously mentioned.

This is going to sound stupid buuut..... I have small pipettes could I catch the fish and feed it with the pipette? Obviously not blast food down it's throat but enough to put the food in it's mouth?

The act of catching it well enough to put a pipette in its mouth is going to seriously stress it out. Unless it's "on the verge of death" skinny, I wouldn't try that.

You just got the fish from your LFS.
Don’t they know what they were feeding it?
You gotta know this info.
If he’s not eating and wearing, you could have parasite.

Water is definitely good. I've checked that over and over with different test kits all coming close to each other. At this point I don't even think catching it will be hard. Which isn't a good sign

Don't medicate if there are no signs of disease. It will just make it worse.
I had a Swallowtail Angel not eat for over 3 weeks and made it. He was temporarily blind.

I medicate all fish... I've been burnt bad by not treating fish and ended up wiping out 3k worth of fish due to velvet

Maybe have a chat with the LFS, 10 days?
I can understand shipping loses, but this one is from tank to tank, so should have been smooth.

That's what I figured...I've never had this much of an issue with a fish unless it actually looked sick. This was a healthy looking fish from a reputable lfs

I must of missed where you said he's medicated. I just saw where he was in QT. I assumed it was just for observation.
What meds. is he in now?
