Young, paired clownfish just died. Do I keep the new one unpaired or repair her?

Hi all, Last night one of my clownfish died. He was pretty young (got him a couple months ago when he was super tiny). It took a while, but he paired with another equally young, but larger and more aggressive clown. I am wondering what to do about his counterpart. So far, she has been alone for about a day and is eating without a problem. Perhaps it is too early to tell whether she is looking for him.

My question is: what is best for the surviving clownfish? Is it best to re-pair her, wait to see if she has a negative reaction to losing her partner, do nothing, or something else?

It's totally up to you. Do you want another clown? When I lost my larger, more aggressive clown. The smaller, male clown seemed to be much happier in the tank being by himself and not dealing with the controlling "spouse" clown. The fish will thrive normally without a counterpart, if that's your biggest concern.
