Zoa being odd

I have no clue what my gobstopper zoa is doing and I moved it up to higher light because of this but it is continuing to do this

What type of lighting do you have? What settings?

It’s a cheap 50$ light on Amazon (link): Amazon product and whites and blues are at 100%. I have a Duncan lower down that is doing amazing as well. Also on the product description the park of this light is 97 at 12” depth
