Have you looked for the usual suspects?

Zoanthid eating nudibranchs: will be approximately the same coloration as zoanthids.
Sundial snails.
Asterina starfish.
Rare but possible Sea spiders.

I would look at night a couple hours after the lights go out. For zoanthid eating Asterina I would look under the frag pieces if you can.

When all else fails consider dipping them.

Zoas are my arch nemesis! I have read countless threads with folks having zoas melt, disappear, fade etc. And never really find out why. no signs of pests, and then it comes down to your water being too clean...The only ones that do well in my tank are some sort of mint blue paly, that I could do without. Some people have amazing luck with them and they spread like wild fire. Others, none at all. Me being the latter.
