Zoa garden price?

I have a buddy who wants to buy the disk that the colony started from of rastas and the frag racks that became a garden it has punk rockers, orange bam bam, devil's armor, belladonas and in the back a few jawbreaker hornets and charmanders. Not sure how to price it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
