Hi Reefers,
After having this frag of 3 very small zoanthids for almost 2 weeks it decided to close up. I have no idea why! It has been fine for the last 2 weeks and just recently has it been closed up. The only thing I have done is increase the light by 1 percent. Every other coral is fine. What should I do?

Well zoas can randomly do that and close for days and then randomly open. But first you wanna check for pest and see if there is any then you wanna check your perimeters to see if everyone is up to par. Also check if there is too much flow on them. You can do a peroxide dip for 20 seconds and see if that helps . A dip has helped for zoas to open

Ok well if you dipped it give it a few days for them to open . My blue tubb colony too around 3 days to open up again after the peroxide dip
