zoasaholic, one of the worst selling experiences I've encountered

This is my reply to a negative review I received from zoasaholic.

I want feedback, how could I have made this situation any better?


"I sent you the first chalice, you failed to send me pictures upon arrival.

Despite receiving photographs THREE HOURS past arrival, I STILL agreed to replace the frag FOR FREE.

You covered shipping the SECOND time only, in which I DID include a heat pad.

USPS failed to deliver the coral on time, but according to the tracking number it had been delivered so there is NOTHING I CAN DO.


Bottom line: 1) You failed to meet my DOA policy which I clearly stated 2) I made an exception to my rule and replaced the frag for FREE 3) You attacked me for an error that USPS blames you for and you blame USPS for. 4) You were incredibly rude, offensive, incommunicable and frankly just hurtful.

I am sorry I made an exception for someone so unappreciative."
