Sump stand is in and sumps set where it will go for mock-up. Now time to install the wood on the walls to mount all the gear and trim out the back side opening

Un packaged the sump today and put the overflow on it’s barely noticeable. Love it

Started playing with the light rack and I hate it. Fishroom is ready to hang two cabinets and start plumbing. So I’m moving along slow and steady. Electrician will be back this week to run a few more outlets and a 20amp 8’ long power bar in sump controller area.

Rooms all finished out got cabinets up sump is in and leveled. I went 2” off the wall is this enough looking for suggestions if I need to use magnets on the back side or for the return lines missing the drop in bulkheads for accessories. I’m thinking another 1/2” to 1” off the wall may be better…. Ordered some parts to revamp the light rack. That’s tomorrows project. Then I will level tank and center in opening and start piping it.

What is your plan for the close loop system? I have almost the exact tank only difference is a 36" overflow vs your 48" overflow. Great build so far :)
Did you just buy it because they made it for me and I wanted the 48” overflow so he made me another and ordered a shorter box on the inside so it didn’t hit returns. I will show you how I’m gonna do it I’m starting plumbing shortly. I chose a 2” bulkhead so with the strainer it will still get 1.5” flow

Light rack just about done! Fabbed up 2 kessil mounts that articulate for that shimmer effect and side lighting for some sps corals Electrician is coming in am to setup my outlets in the ceiling indentation for all the power bricks that will mount to a wire shelf with power directly overhead on a dedicated 20a circuit.
