Had my wyoming white clowns for about a year and they've been a bonded pair for a very long time. Now all of a sudden they are fighting and even locking lips, really going at it.

Here is a video

It looks like the beginnings of pair bonding to me.
The larger one is likely grown enough to begin changing over to female.
So long as you are not seeing any significant damage I would let them work it out.

No, one of my friends says that he thinks the male is morphing into a female even though they are a mated pair. So now that means I would have 2 females and now they are fighting

I am by no means an expert, but the two pairs of clowns I have, the male is very noticeably smaller. These two seem to be the about the same size. I would venture that you have two females.

Yea it was that way for a long time, the male was considerably smaller than the female, within the last month or so he's grown to about the same size for some reason and she hasn't gotten bigger.

That's what I am thinking too.
