Great looking tank! if you don't mind me asking, why do you have such a huge refugium? I know that it would help keep your water stable because of the volume but is there a different reason too?

The original plan was huge filter for stability. I knew i was deploying overseas and needed it to pretty much take care of itself. I wouldn't change a single thing. My tank parameters are always stable and on point, I have a large area for fragging and cultivating new corals, and the chiller makes for extra easy water changes. I'm now thinking about changing the fuge lights and getting a little more advanced with the frags. So far I have only made and sold xenia frags. thinking about going heavy on acros and birdsnest. overall I think having a filter bigger than my tank was a great idea and if I want to upgrade tanks i won't have to upgrade again.

That's awesome, I can see that the extra volume would really help and make life easier. Those corals look really nice and happy
