Are your fish fighting? Can't see any of the pictures. Fish heal remarkably quickly, if it is just a wound.

It doesnt look like ich because it only one white dot and it looks to be growing outward

Might have just hit its head on a rock? From pink to white sounds like it's healing. Watch it closely the next couple days.

Chromis are very susceptible to a parasite called Uronema marinum. It starts out looking like a small pimple and then morphs into what you saw in that picture. I'm not saying this is what is wrong with your chromis... but just something to watch out for. For now, I would just wait & see.
