My favorite coral in this whole hobby. It has to be the most under rated coral in my opinion, although there is some amazing colors starting to hit the market in fully throttle. Id love to have you guys share your pictures and how you keep these beautiful corals in great health.

Lighting: Low-Medium

Care: Moderate

Waterflow: Low

Temperament: Semi-aggressive

This Coral also benefits from occasional meaty food supplement.

Hey davesgt, what do you have yours sitting in? I just recently removed my sand and have mine sitting in a bowl for the moment.

I have always loved these corals. Use to call them meat corals before the mis-leading name change. I believe they are under appreciated only because they do demand a lot a real-estate. It surely is not because they are not appealing.

In these pics It was actually setting in a clam holder lol, but since then it was moved to the sand. Unfortunately this beauty was taken out the other day by a evil favia!

I've actually never kept one of these. Been thinking about it for a while. Just haven't pulled the trigger
