Got a trachy about a month ago. Been doing good and colouring up nicely. Past 5 days however there are bleached areas and several of what I can only describe as tiny holes with flesh coming out. It's inflating somewhat (not deflated down to it's skeleton) but not inflating as much as it used to.

Phos = 0
Nitrate = 0 (Ton of macro in my fuge)
Amm = 0
NitrIte = 0
PH = 8.1-8.2

Calcium 420
Alk 7.85 (been trying to get that up as it was 6.3 before I got the brain a couple mths ago)
Mag = No test kit

Not sure if something else can stress it.. I have a small elegance on one side (about 1/2" away when fully open) and a Pagoda Cup coral about 4" away from it to the left.

Lighting is full spectrum LED and it gets 120 PAR for 6 hrs a day. significantly less during the remaining "daylight" hours. It does get significantly more light than my other 3 Trachys who are all doing fantastic.

No predators that I know of. I do have a large hermit and a cleaner shrimp. Everything else is gentle reef compatible stuff.

As I said... all other Trachys (3 other ones) all doing fine in less light.

LPS pellets 2x a week and leftovers from meaty foods given to fish daily.

Anyway. I don't have any pictures. will try and get some. Basically the wounds are small holes with white flesh coming out. (No they're not the mouths). Colour bleaching isn't real bad but it is noticeable.

I do have coral dip and iodine. Would just like some suggestions before starting any dips or treatments.

Thanks.
