Looking for opinions on Evergrow It2060 systems

I am currently building a 45g frag and have 1 Evergrow it2060 for it. I just wanted to get some opinions on Percentages of leds throughout the daily cycle, how high people use these lights from the waterline, what kind of light cycle others using these lights have and such. I currently use it2040's on my tanks and just trying to find a good system of times and percentages for the 2060 on my frag tank.
