ANOTHER Kessil 360we question?!!

First I would love to see some tank pictures of people who run Kessil's ONLY and have tanks 75 gallons or more with SPS success......I just keep going back and forth from radions to kessil's and everytime I see a Kessil tank with SPS it is on small cubes or nano tanks....I have a 180 mixed reef with a lot of SPS now and I just want to make sure I spend the money wisely! haha .....One of the cons that are scaring me away from Kessil's is the "shadowing" of SPS....So that got me thinking....Would 4 Kessil's fix that issue?? I mean 4 Kessil's would STILL be cheaper than me buying 3 radion gen 3's....I know a lot of people have opinions on what light they think works or not for SPS, but a lot of times it could be a lot other issues than just the lighting....

Dang nice looking tank!! So if you have 3 over a 4 foot I would probably need 4 lights then for my 6 ft tank right?

I ended up getting 4 of them and love them now!! The shimmer is a lot at first but now I am used to it and love the lights! I added 2 t5 bulbs Also and I think/hope my corals will love the lights

I bought a lot called LET Miro 4 t5 retrofit kit and it was pretty easy to put together too! I'm not a handy man at all and it went great!

Here's my 75g rimless and a before and after of a birds nest. I've got everything from softies to lps to sps growing. If you notice the monti in the last pic, it started out as the small dark area in the top right area. It's now about 5" across. My superman rhodactis has now split into 6 shrooms. On my last tank I had 3 AI Vega Color's. I could never get the different colors dialed in correctly and couldn't get any sps to grow at all. With the kessil's I've got them set at 63% intensity and 35% color and everything seems very happy. Even the BTA has bubbled up! If you have a 4' tank then you only need 2 of the 360WEs since it's the wide angle lens.

My tank is still VERY new (25 days) but so far I'm really liking the results. Running 3x 360we on a 180 and shadowing isn't really a problem. Thought that's partially due, I'm sure, to my sparse rock structure. I've dedicated to running these for 6 months by themselves before deciding whether or not to supplement with T5 or add more. As it stands, I don't really see a reason to add more.

The efflo in the first picture was all brown a few days ago. It's started regaining its dark purple tips and I'm seeing more growth and color each day. It's my only real test coral right now, as many of the rest will take a LONG time to recover from a string of misfortune over the past few months.

I have 2 A360WE's on my 70G cube mixed reef. My LPS and Bubble tip love them. Just got a few SPS frags, so I'm waiting to see how they do with the Kessil's.
