I have just set up my 20 gallon salt water a week ago...Just the water and yesterday i added the live rock. I have a friend who wants to give me 2 clownfish... Is it too early to ad fish after adding the rock? I will be having the water checked today as well.

I would wait, tank has to cycle and test multiple times to see the cycling of the water parameters

OK...She said they are very durable fish and are hearty. Think she wants them gone because they are aggressive with her other fish. These ones are quite large.

Was the rock cured at least? Even if it was,,, how was it cured with ammonia with out? Is it from an established tank or was it dry???

All parameters in my water checked out perfect... I added live sand to the tank after my past decison of just using notthing on the bottom but live rock fragments. This morning i
noticed a small skinny red waorm squiggling in the sand... I was going to try to suck it out of the tank but when i went back to tank it was gone. Should i not worry about it and assume that it was in the sand??

It was prob just a bristle worm in the LR. Nothing to worry about, maybe if it was huge (5"+) can become a pest steeling food from corals, that's all

no need for bio spira unless you see a little spike with ammonia after adding your clowns. Bio spira will help establish bb, but no need if it's already there

This is the coral piece that has it on it....but it is also all on the sand surface of the whole tank as you can sorta see behind the coral. The WHITE sand that doesnt have it on there is in the area where the water is flowing from filter. The color on the sand is the EXACT same as it is on coral but not as thick looking i guess id say?? But def the same color. This started to appear after i put in the live sand.
