What kind of syphon do I need to complete water changes ?

or just this:

the gravel vac version (top pic) you an get at nearly any pet store or in many cases even at walmart. the acrylic hose (bottom pic) you can get at most hardware stores like home depot or lowes.

Do not start the siphon with your mouth, ive learned that it could be deadly. I recommend purchasing a pump to do the siphoning or draining for you. Think safety first

That's an old myth! Now if you siphon too much and drink the tank water, then you might have a problem.

That siphion is for a 22,000 gallon and a 18,000 gal indoor pond my friend maintains. I just got to design the siphion.
