Let's say you started your tank with dry rock. You've got it cured and full of bacteria, but it's go no real life in it.
Not including a typical CUC, what would you add to the tank to improve your rock and sandbed?
So far on my list is bristle worms, coralline algae, brittle stars, amphipods and copepods.
Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't worry about adding anything. I started with dry rock and have lots of life. Though my tank is now 2 years old I've only added amphipods (my dad ordered an extra bag) and I bristle worm he found fragging me some zoas. Everything you listed above has hichhicked on corals.

Thanks RM :)
I know I don't exactly need anything like that, but I miss seeing lots of bugs crawling throughout my rock :) I want all the diversity I can get.
I won't have hitchhikers from corals as it's a fowlr so the only way to have cool stuff like that would be to add it myself.

just get a few pieces of good live rock and add it to the system for a couple of months. keep it or ditch it afterwards.
