Need ID pls. Blue animal in tube?

I noticed this tube a few weeks ago but it was so small I didn't think anything of it. I noticed it's been getting bigger and now I see a small blue what looks like a pod. Here's a pic.

Whatever it is it lives in there my itself.

There's a baby feather duster to the left n then on the right side at the end of the tube is the blue pod looking thing.

Kind of hard to tell what it looks like, but looks like it could be a type of macro algae. Chaeto maybe?

To the left of the chaeto is the tube. It's rly hard to see I'll zoom in on it
