Okay, we just tested the bridgelux value fixtures, and the readings are as follows: 3" below the light-1800, 3"below the water- 600, 6"-350, 12"-280, 15"-210, 20", 165
The 18" economy fixture will be posted in half an hour or so, I will make an animation.

I thought for LEDs you are suppose to use a lux meter as par reading on LEDs give a false reading

Here is the graphic that we made for the readings, it will likely be updated with a better photo. This is for the bridgelux value fixture, which is $199 shipped. This fixture is definitely the best bang for your buck!

We just tested one of these over a 40 breeder, and with one unit, the par around the edges is about 80, and towards the middle on the bottom, 200. Halfway up in the middle, it is 300, more results will be posted, for an sps tank, 2 units would be reccomended for a 40 breeder.
