tested parameters

i am totally new to this hobby and have recently tested using salifert test kits. nitrite is o . nitrate is a bit below 25 . ammonia is 0.25. ive checked the parameter chart shown on this forum and according to it my nitrate and ammonia seems high. should i be concerned at these levels and if so how do i get them down to the levels on the chart. my tank is still only about 9 weeks old

The ammonia level i would be concerned with mostly. You need to be doing water changes to help bring down the ammonia and nitrates.
