With the holidays over, it's getting back to business as usual at Triton Lab in Germany...Regular water testing resumes on January 19th...

Get those water samples collected and send them back to us for the fastest service once testing resumes! If you've already sent your tests in to us, we're shipping them to the lab starting this week!

Thanks for your support and patience, and we wish everyone a Happy New Year!

Do I have to worry about water samples freezing while in the mail? It's cold here in CT in January.

This was replied to in the past, in other threads... Basically no but I wouldn't leave it to go out in your mailbox. I dropped mine right off at the usps office.

They said its delivered to their heated facility, and there is no expectation of it to freeze in the usps possession from when they take possession of it.
