ph 8-9

I’m testing through the seneye ammonia and PH testing & watching PH randomly peak up & down betwee 8 & 9 . It’s sudden bursts. What can I work on to stabilise PH in a cycling tank?! Also ammonia up & down from 0.001 - 0.007 . Hasn’t stabilised yet. Any suggestions!!
