tangs stocking

Would this list work for this mixed reef coral and fish tank setup? The Max version comes mostly fully equipped. Feel free to let me know what you think, especially if the angel and tangs will work in this tank without overstocking, and if you have a better list or suggestions. Midas Blenny 2...
