    I have accidentally created a spaghetti worm biological filter

    spaghetti worms have colonized my air filter. Explains why my nitrates always seem low. Not complaining though.

    Tetra Whisper 10 air filter replacement for phytoplankton culturing.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for the air-intake filter for a Tetra Whisper10? I've been having bad luck with my phytocultures, and I've done everything I can think of to keep bacterial contamination from occurring. I think something may be in the pump that is causing the issue.
