anemone food

Best food for RBTA? For now, I’ve just been spot feeding a lot of mysis shrimp about once a week but doesn’t feel like it’s enough.

ok so i was just wondering on a safe brand of shrimp or prawns to feed my anemone i’m just looking for recommendations or do i just get the ones you get at the counter but frozen would work best for me but i’m just looking for suggestions
