bicolour blenny

Hi guys, I caught this Blenny at a seashore, but it doesn't look like any of those in commercial trade. Anyone know its scientific or common name? It's currently in quarantined before adding to my 10g tank.

Ecsenius bicolor and Salarias ramosus compatibility? Since they are different species they should work fine together, but I worry they might disagree because of similarities in looks. I have read one post where it worked fine after some minor squabbling. Does anyone have experience with these...
