My new blue spot puffer has been in the quarantine tank for five days. This morning he had these three white spots on the right side of his belly. What is it? How can I treat it?

My new puffer fish has a diet of mysis shrimp and I saw him poop out this can someone tell me if he is sick or if this is normal (it wasn’t only these red dots there was normal looking poop too)
