I have never had a bristle worm and really don't like them! Can anyone give me some more information on this one?

I have not seen them this large and long, I have at least 9 of them around the tank roughly this size, it’s pretty impressive. I might have to get something to eat a few of them and keep them under control. Early on I pulled out several that were 7-10 inches long, but that has not been sustainable.
