green star polyp help

My green star polyps haven’t opened in weeks and I’ve notice when I’ve tried moving them they secret a milky white substance. I’ve done a coral dip with iodine and CoralRX to make sure it isn’t going to go onto my other corals. Should I be concerned? My GSP in my little tank is blooming and...

Hair like work on GSP, it moves in and out of the coral. Doesn’t seem to bother it but I prefer a clean tank. Would a dip take care of this or hydrogen peroxide dip? Does anyone know what this is? harmful or not?
