my hanging kit I cut short so you would need to order a new one maybe $20 if you plan on ceiling mounting, the kit is say a year old and hard to come by.

to be honest I never used anything but halide/T5 in my 20plus years. By far the Giesemann has been the best fixture or retrofit I’ve owned and the radius of the Giesemann there is zero light spill over since it goes direct into the tank.
