Petco Online Live Fish Order Experience

Two weeks ago I order from Petco. I wanted a blue star leopard wrasse and they had the best prices / only website with a guarantee past initial delivery. I ordered 2 blue stars and 2 flasher wrasses. I paid for Saturday delivery, $13.5 upgrade. Well… the next day I got a notification that the fish were already shipped and would arrive that Wednesday. Problem is I am working and would be unable to accommodate that order. I reached out to petco and they said they couldn’t do anything because it’s through a third party. My fiancé had to acclimate the fish. And I did not have time to set up a qt. The good part of the order was that the two leopards arrived healthy and alert and 1 of the two flashers was healthy. The other flasher was swimming vertically and died within a few days.

I requested replacement of that flasher and just today I received a notification that they will be shipping the wrong flasher.
