Skimmer Recommendation?

Looking for a skimmer that will fit my sump or possibly HOB. I have a Red Sea MaxE 170. I currently have Tunze 9004 Skimmer, I like this skimmer but seems to small for my tank. I probably going to sell it. It is rated 200lph and I am guessing need more. My biggest footprint as of now in sump is 4" wide so thats my issue. I have algae scrubber in skimmer section of my sump.

IceCap 250 or the 200. The 250 maybe too strong for my tank. Thoughts?

I place the offender in an acclimation box for a period of time (jail).

I remove the offender entirely and reintroduce them at a later time (rehab).

I use the mirror method (a little reverse psychology).

I rearrange rock work (throw them off).

I don't tolerate bullies. Bye bye fishy!

I've never dealt with a tank bully.
