The last couple of days I've been adding skin around all the support legs. Coming out nice. Almost ready to paint.

I'll post more pictures Tuesday or Wednesday after I finish skinning the inside of the stand. It's getting there slowly

Awesome! Definitely double up on the leg supports, I basically did the same thing you did for the legs but placed another set of 2x4 that run from the very top to the floor right behind the legs you have now, screwed together. The only problem I found is that it eats up some space on the inside of my stand for equipment. As far as glass baffles, if you properly break in the cutting tool and cut just a tad smaller that the inside width of the sump, cutting it yourself is pretty easy. 1/4" thick glass is probably ALOT easier to work with than what I used which was 3/32" thick. Super thin. Good luck buddy!

Thanks. I appreciate it. This style of stand is the first time I built it like this. So I needed to make sure I had room for everything I wanted to fit under the stand and also be able to support the 90 gal load. So I'm hoping it will otherwise I'll have a big water mess

I've been really taking my time with this stand build filling in all the screw hikes with wood filler and now that I'm skinning the inside and wrapping the legs the best I can I'm also using wood filler for the seems which I'm starting to see the time that I'm spending doing this will pay off when I'm done

This is looking great. I took no time to put any kind of finish to the inside of my stand. Was think of just painting it white for reflective purposes while I'm working in there. What's going in the compartment under the switches? ATO and maybe a reactor or two? 2 part doser?

Dude! Ouch! Hope everything turns out ok man. What type of lights are u planning on running, sorry if you've mentioned it here, I must have over looked it. I rly wanted to run MH. You can tell they are still tried and true when it comes to growth. But the idea of a chiller turned me off.
