Here's my colony, picture taken at the store when i picked it up about 6 months ago, now it covers the entire rock and is fluffy but has lost a lot of it's tie die and went more red :( any ideas if the colors will ever come back??

Agree with Skinz, lower light. Also babies should have full coloration unless they are getting hit with too much light as well. Make sure you are spot feeding them once a week. Also while I haven't had much luck with LED's for keeping the rainbow coloration (I use T5's), I think some others have by keeping them under very low lighting.
