My Miracles 150g

I would like to share my tank and its progress here. I just set it up and finished the cycle not long ago.

It is a custom 3 side starphire 48x30x24 that I ordered from Miracles.

Simple DIY sump design using a 40B

Here is the final scape. I used the epoxy from Marco rocks to hold the center and left islands together. The right side is movable still.

Nice! I'm thinking of going with a Miracles tank as well. Are you happy with it so far?

The cell doesn't like the LEDs to much:

I've got a huge puppy. You can expect her and the kids to randomly make appearances here as well from time to time! Here she is laying out working on her tan LOL

I got to enjoy a nice Diatom bloom

Yes, I absolutely love the tank they did an absolutely amazing job!

My daughter is the same way. Always in the morning and when I get home from work. Wants to stand on the couch next to it and look at the corals and fish. She's almost 2. lol Always nice to see how much they enjoy it as well you know.

Yeah definitely nice to have them enjoy it. Mine enjoys it a bit to much, if I had the couch close enough he would go swimming. Which is also why my stand is 39" tall

Too funny. LOL I made mine 45in tall. I figured when she's tall enough to touch the tank she'll be old enough to know better. Or at least thats what im hoping for.

Wow 45" tall??? Must be a shallow tank. I am 6'5 and have to use a chair to do anything in this tank as it is!

Yeah the tank is a 33L. 48x12x12 so having it 45in tall is perfect

That'd be pretty sweet I bet. I've always been fond of the look downs, colors especially on acros are often alot better when viewed like that too so its a nice bonus! Someday when the kids are older I'd love to do a nice look down cube I think.
