Hi everyone, here're some pictures of my 100G Half-Cylinder, all corals are Montipora Digitatas, minus the Yellow Leather. I also enjoy keeping clams like my Blue Squamosa:

Equipment List:

Main:
- Tank: Custom 1" thick Acrylic Half-Cylinder (48" back wall and I think 32" Radius)
- Stand: Welded steel (About 48"L X 34"D X 43"H)
- Sump: Next Reef NRS-36 (Slightly modified to lower the sump water level)
- ATO Tank: 1/2" acrylic box (All sides are closed in) with about 18G capacity.

Water Movement:
- Return Pump: Eheim 1262
- Maxspect Gyre Generator 150 (Slow pulse at about 50% 24/7)

Lighting:
- Lights (Purchased about a week ago): ATI 8 x 39w with (Front to back) B+, ABS, Actinic, B+, C+, Actinic, ABS, B+

Control:
- Apex Jr. (Five years strong) with Apex Fusion running
- Energy Bar 8
- Apex PM1 for pH and an extra Temp Probe.
- DIY Probe Holder

Dosing:
- Kamoer 3-Channel Dosing Pump
- 2 X 1G slim containers (Alk and Cal)
- 1 X 1G bottle of Vinegar

Filtration:
- Custom cone skimmer (10" base) with a PSK-2500 (I have the new replacement PSK-1000 as back up)
- I carbon dose via Vinegar.
- I use dual filter socks (4" x 10" socks). I keep a 30 day supply (I DIY filter socks.. very cheap to make!)

Heating and Cooling:
- I use a Titanium rod by Finnex (500W)
- I DIY'd brackets to hold an Amp Fan/Cooler over my display, as I did not want evaporation in my stand... where I have a steel stand and all of my equipment.

Maintenance:
- I test often, but mainly the following: Alk (Red Sea Pro), Calcium (Red Sea Pro), Magnesium (Red Sea Pro), Nitrates (Salifert), and Phosphate (Hanna Checker)
- Water Change: 25G every two weeks with Reef Crystals Salt via Gravel Vacuum Cleaner

Feeding:
- I feed LRS Herbivore Frenzy twice a day
- I feed a small Nori Sheet (Ocean Nutrition, Red) once a day

Thanks Shep! Going on about 10 months since I put water in it. Many mistakes later, I think I got most of the kinks out... I hope! [emoji38]

I just bought the NRS-30. I am hoping the purchase will actually go through. Since you cant buy directly through them I went through a site they have on NextReef site and there has been no contact from NextReef so I may cancel and spend extra on a Trigger sump... How are you liking that sump?

Honestly I don't really know.. My prior tank was a great little mixed reef, but I really like Digis a lot! (A blast from the past for me after 11+ years in this hobby) I don't see as much enthusiasm for Digis now as back then, with all these crazy fantastic new corals now a days.. But every time I see Digis it makes me smile. Weird, eh?

I like the sump just fine, but honestly I got it because I was being impatient. If I had waited my acrylic-smith friend would have just made one for me, like he did with my tank.

While I like Next Reef just fine, the owners are nice/good people, if you find another similar quality sump I would say go for it. I can only attest for Next Reef, and the sump works like it should, despite me needing to modify it for my own use.

Thanks man! I felt the need to post after putting some pics on Facebook and then having Rev commenting on it (He said very nice things!). It reminded me I really should have a thread about it and my reasoning for delays were lame. [emoji24]

haha it does not seem to be a popular coral, do you have the forest fire digi? I think thats my favorite morph of it.
